I have a box of instead softcups. I tried 1 and they're not for me as I have switched to cloth pads, aka mama cloth, so there are 13 new, unused in the box. These are a disposable menstrual cup and a pad and tampon alternative. They can be used for up to 12 hours and during sex!!! Mess free period sex, say what!! They've changed the packaging since I bought these but they do not expire. I MAY take these out if the box for easier shipping but it depends on the price difference between the box and a large envelope.
