I loved this shirt but dumb me didn't realize the difference in Xl and 1x it has a tie waist or you can take it off its only on by two small thread loops. This shirt is comfortable and classy enough for a professional work environment.

1x is the smallest size in plus I guess. Xl is still regular sizes. It still confuses me
