You will recieve 40 white Poly mailing envelopes 7x10. Tear and water resistant plastic. Will not rip or puncture easily like paper envelopes. Just peel of the strip and fold over to seal. Large enough to accomodate a 1/2 page lable [Paypal], use your own lable or write on them with a sharpie. They are dark gray inside and you can't see though the plastic. For use with non breakable items or add your own padding. Perfect size for hardback or paperback books or cd/dvd with case. FREE SHIPPING in US, no Apo or territories.

Are these exactly 7X10? I measured my DVD cases and they measure 71/2 X almost 5 1/2. These, if true size would work on most blue rays but not DVD's. I almost bid to win but double checked am am glad I did. I love these types of bags.

Exactly 7 3/8 wide by 10 1/2 long.

No, it is still 40. That is close to what the last batch of 40 sold for. I put the GIN in case somebody does not want to wait for the 7 days.
