The listing, Sweet Vintage 1960's costume turtle/tortoise pin/brooch has ended.

This was my mother's when she was young. I have had it since i was a kid. Super campy and cute! very detailed.
Lots of pictures, so you will get a good sense of how this really looks.

Very very adorable vintage 1960's costume jewelry brooch-- bronze colored metal over silver colored metal, (not sure of the content , but it's not magnetic). Coral Pink tortoise shell swirl "jewel" for a shell. (Not certain of the content of that either, seems like plastic resin of some sort.)

Closure fully functional.
No markings that I can find.
There are two spots where the golden coloration has come off, a small spot on the front and a larger spot on the back.

That's awesome. We have a pond nearby simply packed with turtles. There are tiny ones the size of a golf ball all the way up to two that are the size of garbage can lids!
