Ok well I did some further looking online and most system requirements lists don't actually list an operating system instead they list:
- Pentium II 300MHz Processor
- 64MB RAM
- 8X CD-ROM Drive
- 300MB Hard Disk Space
- Mouse
- Keyboard
- 16MB Direct3D compatible Video Card
- DirectX 8.0
- DirectX compatible Sound Card

I'm not going to guarantee it will work on windows 7 but sometimes older games will work with no issues, sometimes they work in compatibility mode, and sometimes they won't at all. If you aren't sure then best bet is don't bid sorry. :(
