The LG Optimus V is a slim and simple Android smartphone. It ships with Android 2.2 and features Wi-Fi, GPS, EV-DO Rev. A, and a 3.2-megapixel camera.

It has 3G in the form of EV-DO Rev. A, stereo Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS. The GPS can be used with a variety of location-based apps, like Google Maps, Latitude, Places, and Scvngr, a scavenger hunt-inspired app. Unlike most of the other Optimus handset.

Please note, the instructions, charger and box are not included.

I am saying that if it is unlocked, that means it will work on any carrier. So this phone is not unlocked.

the phone is unlocked but you cant use it on verizon or att , but it is unlocked its a pre paid phone you just buy your minutes

Phone is Virgin Mobile only CDMA ,3.2 megapixel camera,wi-fi capable&gets thousands of free apps all u hafta do is call Virgin mobile&have a top up card or top from ur debit or credit card,$35-200 mins w unlim txt&web,$45-1200 mins w unlim txt&web,$55-unlim mins,txt&web on this phone as we speak,very decent.

ok , i am sorry for the confusing then , to me unlocked applies to GSM type phones so it will work with other GSM carries
Clean ESN applies to CDMA type phones with a clean phone bill
