The What to Expect Pregnancy Journal & Organizer is a GREAT resource for moms-to-be! It's divided by tabs into sections: Pregnancy Journal (you record your daily thoughts & read useful tips of the week), Childbirth Journal (record all the details of meeting your little one!), & Pregnancy Organizer (prenatal care notes, health history, pregnancy tracker, doctor visit records, and MUCH MORE!)

**Please note that I wrote on p 147 & 148 - notes on drugs that you can take during pregnancy & recommended heart rate for exercise.**

I bought this organizer (paid $10) but wound up using one I got as a gift.

This comes from a smoke-free home, but we do have two dogs.
