This is a cute feathered hair chain that clips into the hair. From the top of the chain to the bottom of the lowest feather is approx 15". This was worn once and then stored; it is in good condition except a couple places on the feathers are a little "crunched" from having been put up for a while. I am sure this could be fixed by laying the feathers out flat for a while with something heavy on top of them or sort of combing them back into shape, but even as is, they don't look bad when worn and you can't really tell.All items come from a smoke-free home and are shipped free with no odors or pet hairs. Thanks!
