body: 70% nylon, 30% polyester, lining: 100% polyester, machine wash cold. This top is feminine and professional, fully lined, and ready to go under a blazer! I can't give a lot of info about the sizing, the tag says 3X so I presume that is about right. It's a pretty lace pattern, black on grey. The colors say 'winter' to me. measured flat, armpit to armpit is 24" and shoulder to hem is about 25"
