Would you consider sending the actual card? ...You can always still send the code prior to shipping just in case something were to happen to the card in the mail. I would just like to have the physical card to use in the store, if possible.

Sure. The reason I'm giving the code is to make it easier to shop online. I guess I can ship the actual card but if it does get lost at least I sent you the code and pin so you can still shop online. So I guess the answer is yes.
