Today's Woman Buffet Cook Book, copyright 1954. 144 pages. There is a bit of discoloration on the cover.I had some good chuckles when going through this book. Some of the recipes sound awfully strange in today's world. (Duck and carrot hash??)
At the same time, there were some that sounded pretty good. Plus there is a section on different types of chafing dishes which was informative.
This would be a nice addition for someone's collection of vintage cookbooks.
