This helps them gain weight, right? My boy needs to gain but no matter how much he eats he stays 20 to 25 lbs under weight even though he free feeds.

I will keep close eye on him. Right now he weighs just under 75 pounds and the vet said that he should weigh OVER 100 pounds.

This will put the weigh on. We all so have a Lab girls she is my pride and joy. She got pravo when she was 4 month old. It took 9 day to get her to eat and we feed these to here after she pulled though. She was 16 1/2 pounds down from 31 pound a the start. We feed these as much as she would eat. She was 5 1/2 month old before I would take her out any where we had her weigh at the vet. She weigh 44 pound and very healthy. She is now almost 3 years old and weigh at 77 pounds just a little small in size.

I wish I had something like that when I was in Il. Idiot bf at the time left his 11 and 9year old boys in charge of two pups and I found one starved and almost frozen to death. She wouldn't have made it another few hours if that. I forced warm liquids down her throat until she had the strength to eat. I thought I was fighting a loosing battle but she pulled through.

Some time people just don't think when it comes to animals. We live in a rural area. People dump animal off all the time. We are at the bottom of the hills. Wolf, and other wild animal live in those hill. House animals can't survive like that. Most are either eaten or hit by a car/truck on the main hwy. Just wounder if they would treat there child like that
