The listing, sz M doggie sweater has ended.

i won this from another listian
it is way too small for any af my doggies!
in great shape, the only thing that shows any wear is the tag
i am not sure how / where to measure but i will try....
it seems that the neck is supposed to fold down, so i will measure it that way -
from the neck to bottom is 13 1/2 inches
the middle is 5 inches across
under the neck (starting at black stripe) to belly opening is 7 inches
if anyone has any questions at all, or wants more measurements, just let me know

Doggie clothes sizing is so very bizarre, don't you think? I have a small Shih Tzu who has worn (comfortably, mind you), both a Medium and a Small..... actually, I do believe she has fit in a X-Small, as well. Then again, she has had Mediums that were huge on her and even smalls that were waaaaaay too tight. Seems that you really can't tell until you try it on. What kind of dogs do you have that are too big for this item, may I ask?

well, my guess was waaaaaay off. thought maybe a "medium size dog" would fit in a medium size sweater. WRONG!!
i only have bigger dogs, and this sweater would fit more as a hand puppet for them!
if you are interested, i can get some measurements.....

I am interested. My Molly age 13 yr. doesn't care for the cold AT ALL! Like many of her breed, she has bad skin, very sensitive. The vet believes it is from allergies. I just have not had the finances to take her to a vet dermatologist to determine what she is allergic to. In the meantime, I try to keep her dressed when she is broken out, so she cannot "bite her butt" and elsewhere. She has drawn blood more than once. I feel like such a terrible mom when that happens.... of course, like raisin' kids, we do the best with what we've got. Molly's back is between 12" and 18" long. Does that help at all?

well, i only have big dogs. smallest one is a border collie -- i TOTALLY misjudged when i bought this. i thought a medium size sweater might fit a medium size dog. that is SO not the case.
this is more for a chihuahua i would say. it's about the size of a hand puppet!! LOL
