This is a lovely vintage pin made in a circlet of leaves or feathers with aqua or turquoise colored tiny beads around the edge. One of the aqua beads is broken out, but it's very hard to tell. The beads circle around a heavy green stone with mottling spots of browns and blacks that looks like either Eliat Stone or Jade to me. The green color of the stone is actually slightly more blue than it shows in the photo.

I can tell for certain that the center stone is a stone of some kind, not plastic, but I can’t say for sure which kind it is. However, it is extremely lovely, and the design is marvelous. The green stone is about 1 inches across, and the whole pin is about two inches across. I took 2 photos so you can see the details better, and of the back.
