Get the pack as shown-THIS IS NEW BUT the markers have been taken out to save on shipping cost..stencils have not been taken out of package at all..IF you want the 4 markers sent(NOT pictured), they are still sealed in plastic, you will have to pay postage of $1.50 to cover me sending those...otherwise I am sure everyone has markers or colored pencils around their house. :)
