This is used. I used this case for 7 months and it's still very durable. Sturdy Construction, Hard Case. the skull on the back is worn down, but it doesn't affect the case. it has a trick to take it off though. first hold down the bottom part of the volume rocker (like you're cutting the volume down). it will unlatch and slide right off, easily. don't try to just slide it out or it will be damaged.Skull Candy iPod Touch case for 2G/3G models is in the Electronics | Other Electronics category
