i do priority mail with tracking the prices at the post office here went up on all shipping and i do everything online so i don't have to go to the post office cause it's more if i do. and if i could fine it cheaper i would do that if it would fit in a smaller envelope i would do that but it would be real tight. and they weight it at the post office so i would be paying about the same amount if is heavy.sorry about this. and also by any chance i can get it for less i do give the money back.

i am not sure what type of material this is it feels like silk. but i don't think it is silk .

it does not have no straps no zipper is elastic.it's 24 inches. in for the whole dress.
