6 tiny metal charms. I think they are aluminum but I'm not sure. They are smaller than a penny as you can see in the other photo. Each charm is a different shape and phrase. All but one has a small stone on the top.

1- Diamon -Light Blue stone-says "I Hope"
2- Open centered Heart- No stone- says "forever"
3- Star- Light Green stone- says " I Wish"
4- Solid Heart- Light Purple stone- says "I love"
5- Circle- Red stone- says "I believe"
6- Moon- Light green stone slightly darker than the star- says "I dream"
