This is a pretty little gold heart pendant with a real diamond(tested) and 2 blue gems I think are Sapphire
the back of it has 2 marks one mark is china on the inside of the heart on the side then on the inside of the heart in the middle is marked ".925" very pretty piece, I don't think it's solid gold just gold plated or electroplated or gold filled since the back is marked sterling silver.
The blue gems are larger then the diamond is.
The diamond tested real and the gems tested good too they set the meter about half as high as a real diamond.
Sorry for the pictures I did my best to focus them. The first picture is the best and it don't even show the blue gems on both sides of the diamond. The 2nd picture is the back side of the heart.
