The listing, Chinese Jadeite Bracelet has ended.

Lovely Gold Plated Chinese Symbols Bracelet with Jade or Jadeite. Very Pretty! 7.5" Long with safety closure.
Pre-owned.
Has markings I can't quite make out but believe it is 14K GP (gold plate) but does not stick to a magnet. I noticed in my photos some debris which I will clean off. My Ultra sensitive camera picks up everything not even visible to the naked eye. Bracellet is Pretty much flawless and the symbols pertain to health, wealth, wisdom and happiness!

Very Nice! I deal Jade and this is 14k gold. 99% sure. I 've seen a lot of variations of this bracelet and if its real jade, its real gold. I can also tell you the black piece is Onyx, not Jade, but the consumer isn't supposed to know that.LOL

I took this to be tested thinking if it is real gold that I would contact the bidders and let them know to up my bids. It is the 1% Not gold! Very Heavy Plating.

I know~ but he could not make out the markings either and it was an electronic testing device so he had to smooth some of the metal off the clasp that inserts into the other clasp to test and it is not gold. Looks kind of pinkish like copper or brass maybe. I did try a magnet (not over strong) and it didn't stick so I thought maybe over sterling. Mystery. But I did not want anyone to bid as gold as I thought it just plated and it is.

Bidding on the cosmetic look of the piece. Plus, if I do win it, I'll test it to see if it is indeed Jade. The Jade market is heavily saturated with fakes. This is the 1st bracelet I've seen with gold plating. Still, it would make a nice gift or just an added piece of someones Jade collection.
