You will recieve a very generous packet of seed! These are so lovely and would be happy near a stream or pond in part shade.

Primula secundifloras' magenta flowers hang down. It has evergreen rosettes of small leaves, and upright stems with red-pink flowers.
Sow in pots that you leave outside for the winter so they go through the stratifying process for germination in the spring. Plant out when large enough to a shady, moist garden.

would this plant be considered part of the lily of the valley/snow bell family or the blue bell family? i have the lily of the valley and the blue bells.

No it's not part of any of those. It's in the Primulaceae family.
