yes. it clips on bottom and top of plate. the hanger has some rust as it's been on for about 27 years. Doesn't show from front. The plate has scalloped edges. Pink roses.

Plate is 10 inches in diameter edges are scalloped. Postage estimate is $8.75. To 34772...all zips would be similar amount.
