I took a pic of it laying down to kinda show that is a little longer on the sides, when I bought it my finger tips touched the end if it, but I guess u could wear it for a dress:) depending on a persons height . I hoped this helped &If you need to know anything just let me know.

I have measured arm pit to arm pit and it is 18 3/4 in. It might stretch some as it is made with 8% spandex.
