I advise you to send all packages with tracking. My first two mailings did not have tracking and one guy got a $35 item for free. If you check his feedback, he steals as much as he can and he leaves horrible feedback, must enjoy it :(

Delivery confirmation, USPS, post office......you can also do it online if you print through Paypal or USPS.com. But something like this, small and you really want to ship cheaply, you gotta go to the post office because first class is your cheapest and then you want to add a green sticker delivery confirmation (with receipt for you) :) USPS.com online does not offer first class (13 oz and under) nor does it offer media mail (DVD's, CD's) online. Paypal you can ship first class and media mail with delivery confirmation. It is free to open a Paypal account but they do charge you. If you have someone purchase an item and the shipping you charge is say $3.00, Paypal will charge you about .40 cents so you have to figure that into your shipping charges so you won't lose money.
