this is a T-MOBILE prism smartphone that runs on android.I had the phone for a couple months and upgraded to another phone. the phone has a screen protector on it and only has two minor scratches on the actual screen.the phone is in pretty good condition the only thing is that it has scratches all on the sides of the phone from the case. I will include the case that is in the picture.I am not sure that it is unlocked but I have been using it on a simple mobile similar card so maybe that will help. if you have any questions just comments below and I will give you the best answer possible. thank you and happy bidding :)

I am guessing you can be able to do both. I was using it on a simple mobile sim card which is a pay as you go.

the sim card does not come with it. the phone has its own number.

prepaid sim cards range in various prices. and by locked I mean that it will only work T-Mobile since its a T-Mobile phone. but I am pretty sure.it is unlocked meaning you can put a sim card in the phone that is not T-Mobile and it would work. I was using it on a simple mobile sim card which is not T-Mobile but it does work on T-Mobile towers.
