To ensure that I do not intentionally misrepresent an item listed to scam others, my pictures aim to show all aspect of the article and the description will not state that is brand new with tag if it is not. The stain is not permanent and can be removed through spot treatment and washing. I will always try to pre wash item before sending out if it is not a new apparel. However, for the retail value of this brand, this listing is a great way to obtain goods for essentially monopoly money(i meant Listia credits ;) I hope that answered your question and happy bidding!
