The listing, 3 Vintage Florida Postcards 1950s has ended.
These are three Florida postcards from my childhood collection from the 1950-1960.
The first is a classic sunrise scene over Miami Beach, linen texture on the front with only minor wear on the front. I must have pulled off the stamp, and that took off some of the paper on the back, plus looks like someone settle a soda bottle on the inked side at one point.
The second card is a aerial photo of Siesta Key coastline on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Photo is by Clyde Eagleton, published by Ward Beckett of Clearwater, Fl. The front has minor wear at the edges, and the imprint of the handwriting can be seen at certain angles.
The third card is another linen card of the Singing Tower, Mountain Lake Sanctuary, Lake Wales, Florida. Note those wonderful flamingos in the foreground! Very, very minor wear at the corners. Back says it's a genuine Curteich-Chicago "C.T. Art-Colortone" post card. 263F - Tropical Florida Series.
Fan me if you collect postcards, stamps, coins and create vintage scrap books, as I have quite a few more I'll be listing over the next few months.
