Hi,
I measured from seam to seam around both areas. I hope that is what you are looking for: bust- 14 inches seam to seam in front, so it w/b 28 all the way around. Waist- approx. 12.5 seam to seam so it w/b approx. 25 all the way around. My teen, who wore this exactly once, is 15 years old. She is 5'6 and approx. 125 lb, if that helps.
This is 92% polyester/ 8% spandex, so it may stretch a bit. Tag says medium.
This is my 1st listing and I will consider Free shipping depending on the final bid. I hope this helps.
