Its medium size has 4 outside pockets sips close and the strap is not real long!

Just confirming.. this is new with or with out tags... Just asking got a few items (on lisita) that said never used, but the item was, someone gave it to them and it looked NEW to them, I got it, and it was more like EUC... please advise... not knocking your auction, just confirming before my final bid... also can you measure it.. thanks

No tags but never used I got it for Christmas and took tags off thinking I would use it but I really its too bright of a green for me! If ur unsure don't bid! I don't care either way. This is just away for me to get rid of items I have no intentions of using and getting items I may use.
