It is definitely worth the watch -- I bought it on blu-ray just recently. It's not your typical blood and gore horror film, it's actually quite a compelling movie to watch. Soooo good. Throws you at the end. ;)

I love movies like that, gotta watch them twice to see what I didn't catch the first time! That's how the Saw series is for me. I have to watch it twice.
