This bicycle seat cover is for those bikes that have really hard and painful seats. It has a drawstring to hold it in place on your seat. Underneath the cardboard (and under the thick gel layer) is really heavy duty plastic, almost like a kneepad material.

It has never been used, and is still on the original cardboard, as you can see in the pictures. It is marked specifically for adult bicycles, so I can't see this fitting a child's bike.
