Awesome auction, but way over my credit limit. I have an old Singer treandle sewing machine, made before the turn of the century, this would have looked great with that. I hope whoever wins really appreciates the sentimental valve that must be attached to this. Good luck .

I put your auction on FaceBook, I am so in love with these spools, I can't stand it! My kitchen is vintage Americana, and I have lots of ways to display these, if I had any chance of winning them!
I pray the winner will really cherish them.

Nice Auction!! I have nowhere CLOSE to having enough to even bid on these. Just getting started. I have a spool cabinet that traces back to the 1st Pharmacy in Montgomery County. LOVE to see this kind of things!!!

I know that one lady commented she hope that these would not get used. But I repair vintage quilts and I just hate to used new thread on then I always try to use the same type thread they were made with but it is getting harder and harder to find.I guess I should start charging to fix them but for me it is a labor of love.

I have an auction listed with vintage sewing stuff also. Only one wooden spool in it but other stuff like buttons too! I may have more listed at some point. Found an old tin and wooden box full of vintage sewing stuff at an estate sale last weekend. Good luck going to fan you!
