No.. because 1.76 is not exact shipping. The shipping for 1st class might be only that but add on .90 for tracking which comes to 2.69 and then another .59 for the packaging. That is why I charge $3. I am actually charging less then I should to ship because Listia allows for us to charge for shipping, tracking and packaging to ship..

they are pretty big, from top to bottom measured 4 inches
