The Yellow Pear Tomato was first developed in Europe in the 1700's. It's around 2 inches long and actually pear shaped, looking like a small yellow pear. The fruit is sweet, and used raw in salads to impart that sweetness.I harvested these seeds from the 2012 crop grown organically, just before the frost. Seed has been separated from the gel by fermentation, and the seeds are hairy. Package will contian 40+ seeds.
Plants are regular leaf, indeterminate, and 10 feet long. Requires full sun, regular moisture, and rich soil.
