Questions & Comments
what sets do these cards range from? Can you confirm that they are all rares? I just want to make sure if I bid that they are not a bunch of commons or basic lands.
I would like to bid, but I have bid on 'mystery' auctions like this in the past and gotten commons and basic lands, which I had no desire for. I made the mistake of assuming they would at least be uncommons and respectable. That is why I am asking up front, before I bid, can you confirm they will not be commons and basic lands?
I'd only bid if there was a guarantee that all cards are at least decent. Don't want toe nd up with a bunch of lands and commons. All uncommons, rares, and mythic rares:?
The points required to get 50 random cards is 2000. For 2000 points, I could probably pick up an xbox 360 game. That's why I'd need an assurance of nothing bad. If the entire amount of points required for each tier, then I can understand not that good cards, but as it currently stands, there needs to be some pretty nice cards here.
If you want people to actually bid a decent number of points, you'll have to lower the points needed for cards. I've won lots of cards that are 150+ for less than 1000.
I'm not telling you anything. It's friendly advice. And economics. If you price yourself out of the market, you need a reason for it being out of the market.
