Squee! I can't believe how many DIY tutu listings there are, but this is the first ACTUAL tutu listing I've seen! I'm so excited! I will be fanning you and keeping an eye on listings like these. :)
Can't afford this credits this time around, but I've got a couple listings to end so hopefully I'll be getting a chance at winning a tutu soon!
