hi after you load the software you just follow the instructions to mediaimpression and ive loaded on to you tube from it and it just connects to the usb and loads i love it but then hubby bought me an kodak HD flip i was perfectly happy with the polaroid but you know men and gadgets always upgrading this pic of my puppy is one i took with the polaroid hope that helps happy bidding
