Description

The listing, handmade mannequin for jewerly or pins has ended.

This auction is for 1 of these handmade mannequins. They are cloth (satin, cotton, ect) with little detailing on each. The jewerly shown is for display only and not included.

THEY WILL HAVE NO BASE! This is just to see how well they do and the glass/wood base is heavy. You can find one at the dollar store, thrift store, wherever. Last two pics show the bottom and how long.

After you pick your mannequin please allow 10 days for shipping, I will make it fresh. If there is a different color you want for ribbon I can change it.

These can be used to hold jewerly like braclets and broochs or in your craft room for your pins. You can also use it as a decoration anywhere in the house.

Bathroom
kitchen
living room to display a vintage jewerly piece

Stuffing is hypo-allergic fiberfil.

I have many others that I sell as well for 10.00 plus shipping on my soon to be opened etsy store, pinmedesigns (yes all one word). But this is a win for you, I just love and appreciate my fans, so here is a pretty for you and you alone.

Good luck, Listia rules apply.

Yes but that would be a sell one. Velvet is pricey and a cuss word to work with.

Melody, I could do a black satin like the one listed if you win. Velvet is a no go at this time.

I love this as well, too!

But like another Listian, I would want a solid black velvet. However, in order to cut the cost maybe a black satin or muslin might be an acceptable substitution?

What are your thoughts?

Can you do solid colors like a really pretty off-white maybe with a victorian motif? Something that isn't "too busy" (regarding the fabric design) so that my jewelry wouldn't get lost on it lol :)
VERY awesome idea!!!!

I do. I have more on my etsy store. These are just to see if people would be interested in one. If you win, we can discuss a solid block color one.

how tall are they without the base????
Feb 12th, 2013 at 8:07:55 AM PST by
Original
there is a pic in auction of about how tall. Depending on which one you want, they vary because of stretch of material ... a bit under about a hand and a half tall

What I meant was what is the base?
Feb 10th, 2013 at 8:37:03 PM PST by
Original
some are glass, some are wood, some are metal. As stated in all caps on auction page these will have NO base to them. want to see how well they do on here, if people even like them or not (they may not) and it is too expensive to ship glass or wood plus the mannequin itself. You can buy a base at any dollar store, thrift store or use something in your house, like a small glass overturned. As you see on the pics, they have varied bases...
