A piece every collector should have this is a beautiful country cottage looking house with the beautiful flowers all around and on the corners on one side is a small dove on the other a dragonfly. I charge a flat rate shipping charge of $5.99 due to shipping cost each item is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and surrounded with foam peanuts to assure safe shipping.

I am very interested in this Item your auction says free shipping but in your description it says flat rate 5.99 . Is this freeshipping as it says or does it cost to ship like the description says???
