do you have any idea what they are ? plastic , glass etc ? also is there any scratches to the beads or color wearing off Thanks I love this piece

I just check it again, there is no scratches and the color is not wearing off. they are shiny and nice, but i don't know what to call that piece since i only got it from an old friend of my husband. the color is gray, brown,gold,silver, and it has small onyx and gold accents. sorry i just don't know this huhuhu..
