This is a rare and vintage 1940's hand painted nurse cake topper made by Wilton - Chicago item # W782.

This beautiful vintage cake topper features a nurse carrying a tray of medicine. Nurse is a little over 4 inches tall. Made of hard plastic material. Very good condition - no loss of paint or damage to doll or finish.

Of course she would fit on top of a cake again but she would easily sit on a shelf or table too!
