The listing, 1969 Topps baseball card lot w/ Del Unser RC has ended.
Here's a lot of eight (8) vintage 1969 Topps baseball cards (NOT reprints). Please note this is a lower-grade condition lot, with all cards having creases and/or other issues. But then again, these cards are 44 years old. Neat bit of history, but if you're picky about condition, this is not the auction for you.
DEL UNSER (OF, Senators) made the 1968 Topps All-Star Rookie Team-- this card features a nice big rookie trophy-- and was runner up for ROY. Later in his career he won a championship on the 1980 Philadelphia team with Pete Rose and Mike Schmidt.
JOHNNY CALLISON (OF, Phillies) was a 3-time All-Star and was MVP of the All-Star Game in 1964.
DANNY CATER (1B, A's) finished second in AL batting in '68. He later played for the Yankees and Red Sox.
WADE BLASINGAME (P, Astros) pitched for 10 years, with his best being 1965 when he won 16 games.
LUM HARRIS (MGR, Braves) played for 6 years before managing with Houston and Atlanta.
JERRY ADAIR (IF, Royals) was best known for his excellent fielding during his 13-year major league playing career.
DARYL PATTERSON (P, Tigers) was a key member of Detroit's bullpen as a rookie when they won the World Series in '68.
CISCO CARLOS (P, White Sox) pitched for 4 years in the majors, splitting his career between Chicago and Washington.
