I just bought the phone, i have only had it a week and then i was giving a new phone as a gift , it was only used a couple times and it has no marks at all.

@dustinpierce58 please do your research on a subject before you attempt to be an expert on it.
it is true that these phones don't have WiFi, they do have the option to use a Bluetooth tether to access data.
I have one of the sidekick lx 2009, and I have never owned a better phone.
there are a few companies that will provide a data plan for these phones.

Actualy the side kick does connect to wifi, i have one, and you can unlock the phone for att and the sidekick platform can run on a regular plan

i think this auction is a scam guys. i used to own two of these phones and they arent wifi. its strictly for t-mobile so it wont take at&t and lastly... t-mobile used to have the sidekick plans for this phone its called the sidekick LX and currently they dont have any side kick plans anymore.heres a link for the features of the phone.

the phone does have wifi i used before i got my new one and does not only have to stay with t mobile i was using longlines which is a phone company up here where i live
