FREE: Pink Fairytale Pumpkin Seeds

Up for bid are 10 seeds of the pumpkin pictured. Due to our rather warm winter, I have but only a handful of seed as the half of the maturing pumpkin that was exposed to the sun has sprouted inside the pumpkin and they will be planted today. I purchased this pumpkin which was tagged as having been grown here in texas and the proceeds from the purchase went to the national breast cancer " think pink" fund. As pink is my favorite color, and the money was going to a good cause I could not resist. I am not certain of the cultivation instructions for this one but I imagine it would be much like any other pumpkin our squash. Many of the sprouted seedlings will be planted in the corn and bean plots as the " 3 sisters" Native American gardens grew wonderfully in this fashion from my understanding. In this aspect the corn provides a pole for the beans, the beans provide nitrogen for the corn and squash and serve to anchor the corn so the stalks don't tip over, and the large squash leaves provide a living mulch for.the other 2.
