With the limited knowledge that I have of collecting, i'm saying 95.0% UNC... these were fresh from a dealer, and I saw the roll opened... Also, if i am not mistaken, they stopped releasing the Presidential dollar coins to the public after 2011...

if they came out of a roll of Coins then they are UNC and they aren't released to the public no more thats why more and more people are starting to collect them

Cool! Thanks. I thought I was right on that term, but always good to have a second opinion. I've been collecting since around July of last year. Nothing serious, just filling a few coin folders. Trying not to focus on coin values so I can keep it fun! I'll let my lil' guy figure out the values when he's the owner! Thanks again!
