Like walking into a comic store 20 years ago and buying it off the shelf!
I can't give an exact condition as its still sealed.

excellent! You are locked in, now...what was the Spirits civilian name ( I'll except first OR last!) when he didn't have the lone ranger mask on fight crime!? Then just send me an email with your name and address and I'll shoot out a Eisner comic too you! He is one of my faves! I have a few signed hardcovers of his in my personel collection the Dreamer is one) I used to have a lot of his golden-age comic both the Spirit and Police comics produc by Quality in the 40s/50s! His sidekicks name was EBONEY! That before everybody was politically correct or they would get in a hissy fit! Have a great nite! I am swamped on the E bay! Bye!

Boy i love trivia the answer i believe your looking for is Denny colt first appearance 1940 june i believe in spirit section in news paper.Yes Will Eisner is the creator.
