The tags say they're size medium, but they're definitely too small to be a woman's size medium, so I think they're referring to a medium teen, however they fit a bit tight as the material the panties are made out of is NOT stretchy, so I consider them more of a sm/med. I would NOT recommend bidding if you are looking for larger than size medium teen.
