Welcome to Listia ... this is natahoa from Craigslist. Good luck with your auctions. Try adding a little more detail, the model number etc. Also, you might be able to find a power supply in a local thrift shop ... the Goodwill in WDM has a bunch of electronics smalls like that.

from my experience that looks like a switch. Which means you would still need a router as well. I could be wrong as I could not find any info on with the manufacturer and model number given.
