I always wondered what those were called. They are so cool in gardens, I dont have enough points to bid but I did share it on FB.

These are ornamental garlic. They are bulbs and come back every year. So different and unusual. Can plant the seeds after the blooms are done. Planting the seeds will produce plants, but they won't bloom for several years. They bloom after tulips and daffodils are done blooming and before perennials are up and going.
