SELLER’S TERMS ~

Regretfully, I must continue to educate a few mannerless members. Some winners have not read or believed my terms. I am serious and do not post idle statements. If you can’t abide, do not bid:

> I ship on the first Tuesday after auction’s end, after 3pm Eastern Time.

> Free international shipping includes only Canada and Mexico.

> This item is considered free and sent at my expense. Unappreciative persons and nitpickers shall be blocked from communication and future auctions without notice.

> I try to accurately describe each item. New and used are not synonymous. Encasement (made for abuse because packaging is designed to protect) may show wear or damage. If a winner posts neutral or negative feedback about a case or packaging, the winner shall be blocked. Remember that feedback works both ways. If I overlook the aforesaid, it is not intentional deception. I target descriptions on the useable product, not on its protection.

> I have nothing to gain but grief for clandestinely posting defective items. Any remarkable defects shall be indicated in the description. Notify me if you receive an unintended defective item. I aspire to correct valid problems before obtaining feedback; however, please address me with the same respect expected from me.

> Alert your local post office to poor handling or outrageous delays. It’s flattering, but I am not to be confused with the Postmaster General. There shall be tracking on some shipments at my discretion.

Despite the negativity, thanks for visiting!

Thorough Synopsis: Angelina Jolie stars as Christine Collins, a single mother working in 1928 Los Angeles when her son goes missing. A boy is returned to her months later by the police, but she is shocked and disheartened when she realizes that the boy isn't her son. Joined by a crusading pastor (John Malkovich), Christine battles for justice against the corrupt L.A.P.D. while she continues to search for her child. Eventually her fight against the cops results in forcing her into a mental hospital, where she is surrounded by others with a similar plight. At times, CHANGELING is incredibly difficult to watch. Jolie gives an authentic, anguished performance, and the on-screen tragedy is quite disturbing, largely because of its basis in reality. Eastwood has crafted another Oscar-worthy film that is certainly worth sitting through, even if a tissue or two is required. The film's unusual focus--on the victim and her struggle for justice, rather than on the criminal and the crime--brings further depth to the film. As always, Amy Ryan (an Oscar nominee for GONE BABY GONE) perfectly morphs into her role (this time as a prostitute imprisoned in the mental hospital), and the film's many child actors are compelling to watch.
